While we feel that while diet may be the primary lifestyle factor affecting happiness, there’s much more to achieving happiness than just eating a certain way. How happy can you be be as a high carb vegan if you never get outside into the sun and move your body, or lack healthy relationships or a like minded community?

Ryan and Anji discuss what they’ve found are also necessary for being a happy healthy person: getting sunshine, experiencing nature, cultivating positive relationships & community, having a yoga or meditation practice, and getting sufficient exercise. And catching some nice sunsets is never a bad idea!
