Ryan shares a collection of before and after pictures from his weight loss journey. Once topping the scales at over 240 pounds while on the Standard American Diet (SAD), he’s now a slim 170 pounds, standing 6’4″.

Ryan shows how he quickly and easily lost weight once he began a whole food plant based diet, after having followed vegetarian, vegan, and gourmet raw (high fat) & superfood diets with only subtly positive results. He also shares a few lessons learned along the way, such as the relatively low importance of going to the gym as compared to making positive dietary and lifestyle choices.
