Anji’s back in the now the torn down kitchen set at YouTube Space LA, our previous home away from home for making smoothie videos. Known as the peach queen in some circles, Anji is back with one of her favorite summertime smoothie recipes: her peach pie smoothie! It’s super delicious, refreshing, and so easy to make that even Ryan could do it.

PEACH PIE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
– 5 or 6 ripe bananas
– 4 very ripe yellow peaches (white will do)
– 1 cup of almond milk (rice milk, soy milk etc…) or water
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla
– 1/4 teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon
– 1/4 cup of maple syrup (or substitute with a handful of dates)
– 1 cup of ice cubes
– add more water in case you find the smoothie to be too thick
