You’ve probably heard that the Disneyland Parks had reopened 2 weeks ago. Our passes are not accepted anymore and both tickets and reservations have been in high demand, but we lucked out and snatched a humpday spot this week. And doubly lucky, Ryan had been sitting on a pair of employee guest park hopper tickets from his old friend, John!!!

Not every restaurant has reopened yet and the menus have changed a bit since we were here last February, so we spent this trip exploring some of the current vegan options at the California Adventure Park along with a quick dart over to Disneyland for our first Dole Whip in over a year. In between snacks we checked out a few rides and took in some scenery, as well. So much is different at the resort right now with COVID-19 measures in place. I didn’t film it, but we had a long walk to and from the Mickey and Friends parking lot because the trams are shut down. Cues are rerouted outside of the rides, with 6 foot markers between guest parties, which made for some insanely long lines. Food had to be ordered and paid for via the Disneyland app, and sometimes scheduled in advance.

If you plan to go, I suggest you out some Disneyland focused shows here on YouTube for more info on how the situation is evolving! And for more info on ALL of the vegan options at both Disney parks, be sure to visit https://happiestveganonearth.com/
