Anji’s back in the HHV kitchen for another healthy raw vegan recipe demo! A few months back, some of you got pretty excited about some photos of an all-fruit “Root Beer Float” posted to our Instagram and Facebook accounts. One of our followers, named Doug Zuckerman, called it a “Frootbeer Float” and the name was so awesome that it stuck! We hope you dig the recipe and will enjoy making these to quench your summer thirst.

FROOT BEER FLOAT

INGREDIENTS:

6 bananas, frozen
1 fresh banana
1 cup pitted dates (I used 20 Khadrawry dates)
2 cups water (or more, to taste)
Vanilla (powder or liquid drops, to taste)

OPTIONAL SPICES:

Ceylon Cinnamon
Common Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Ginger
All Spice
Cloves
