Anji’s back with another delicious raw vegan 80/10/10 recipe demo for you! This one is quite simple, but will seem sophisticated to anyone you serve it to. Taking advantage of some great organic spinach she found at her local farmer’s market, Anji creates a sweet dressing of fresh strawberries and soft dates to pair with the rich dark greens, then tops it off with strawberry slices and hemp hearts. Yum!

STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 to 8 cups spinach
• 2 cups strawberries
• 1/2 cup soft dates
• Handful of hemp hearts or hemp seeds
